1. Return/Exchange Timeframe

 

  • Standard Return Window: You may return or exchange your item within 7 days from the date of delivery.

  • Condition for Eligibility: The item must be unused, unworn, unresized, and unaltered, and in the same condition that you received it.

 

2. General Return Conditions

 

To be eligible for a return or exchange, all items must meet the following criteria:

  • Original Packaging: Must be returned with all original packaging, including gift boxes and bags.

  • Original Documentation: Must include the Original Invoice/Proof of Purchase and the Original Product Certificate (e.g., Diamond/Gemstone certificate, if applicable).

  • No Signs of Wear/Alteration: Any item showing signs of wear, damage, or alteration by a jeweler other than AARKAY JEWELLERS will not be accepted for return or exchange.

 

3. Non-Returnable / Final Sale Items

 

The following items are typically not eligible for return, refund, or exchange:

  • Customized or Personalized Items: This includes products with personal engravings, special size orders (e.g., rings outside a standard range), or custom-designed jewelry.

  • Items on Final Sale or Clearance.

  • Earrings: Due to hygiene reasons, earrings are often non-returnable unless defective

4. Process for Initiating a Return

 

  1. Contact Us: To start a return, please whatsapp or call us at 8950481975 within the 7 day window

  2. Return Authorization: We will review your request and, if eligible, send you a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and detailed shipping instructions.

  3. Secure Shipping:

    • High-Value Items: For the safety of the merchandise, we will provide a Pre-paid, Insured Return Shipping Label (for refunds, the cost of return shipping may be deducted from the refund amount.

    • Packaging: Securely package the item in the original box with all documentation. You must write the RMA number clearly on the outside of the package.

  4. Quality Check: Once the item is received, our Quality Assurance (QA) team will inspect the item to verify it meets all return conditions (unworn, unaltered, all documentation present). This inspection process typically takes 3-5 business days.

 

5. Refunds and Exchanges

 

  • Refunds: If the return passes the QA check, your refund will be processed to your original method of payment within  7-10 business days after the inspection is complete.

  • Exchanges:

    • For the Same Item: If you are exchanging for the same item (e.g., a different ring size), we will ship the replacement after the original item passes QA.

    • For a Different Item: If the new item is of higher value, you will be required to pay the price difference before the new item is shipped.
