3. Order Processing & Cut-off Time

 

  • Processing Time: All in-stock orders received and verified before 2:00 PM IST on a business day will begin processing on the same day. Orders received after this cut-off time, or on weekends/holidays, will begin processing on the next business day.

  • Ready-to-Ship: These items are dispatched within 24 hours of successful payment and verification.

  • Made-to-Order: The estimated manufacturing time is clearly mentioned on the product page. Shipping begins immediately upon completion of the piece.

  • 100% Insurance: Every single shipment is fully insured by us from the moment it leaves our facility until it is signed for by you at the delivery address.

  • Reputable Carriers: We only use trusted, high-security courier partners specializing in valuable goods 

5. Mandatory Delivery Requirements (Security Protocol)

 

To ensure the security of your high-value item, we adhere to strict delivery protocols:

  1. Identity Verification: The recipient must present a valid, original government-issued photo ID (e.g., Passport, PAN Card, Voter ID, Aadhar Card) to the courier executive for verification.

  2. Signature Required: The package will only be handed over after the recipient has personally signed the delivery receipt.

  3. Delivery Address: We strictly DO NOT deliver to P.O. boxes, public places (like malls or hotels), or addresses other than the registered address provided during checkout.

 

6. Tracking Your Order

 

  • Once your order is shipped, you will receive a Shipment Confirmation Email containing your tracking number and a link to the courier company’s website.

  • You can also track your order directly through the "My Account" section on our website.

 

7. Inspection and Damages (Important)

 

In the unlikely event that your package is damaged, tampered with, or appears opened upon arrival:

  • DO NOT ACCEPT the parcel.

  • Immediately notify the courier that you are refusing the package due to damage/tampering.

  • Contact the Aarkay Customer Care team immediately (within 24 hours) with your Order ID so we can resolve the matter promptly. Failure to report any damage within 24 hours of the delivery attempt may void our insurance policy.

 

8. International Shipping

 

  • International delivery timelines vary by destination, typically ranging from 7 to 15 business days.

  • The customer is solely responsible for all Customs Duties, Taxes, and Brokerage Fees levied by the destination country. These charges are not included in the item price or the shipping cost and must be paid by the recipient at the time of delivery.
